1-1/2 cup cold water (550 g)
1-1/2 Tablespoons oil (25 ml)
3 teaspoon cream of tartar (15 ml)
¾ cup salt (185 g)
1-1/2 cup flour (375 g)
food coloring
Cook on low heat until it pulls away from sides of plan and thumb and finger do not stick.
Knead until smooth.
Keep in plastic bag, each color separately.
